Under the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have rights over the personal information we hold about you.
- Access — ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Deletion / erasure — ask us to delete information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Objection — object to certain processing.
- Consent withdrawal — withdraw consent for marketing or optional processing.
