We are committed to Treating Customers Fairly. If something has gone wrong, we want to put it right.

  1. Log your complaint — signed-in customers can use Complaints in the dashboard, or contact us using the details below.
  2. We acknowledge your complaint and assign an owner.
  3. We investigate and keep you updated on progress and outcome.
  4. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate to the relevant Ombudsman. We will provide the applicable Ombud details on request.
